Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Master's Degree
- Appropriate Administrative Certification or Related Work Experience
- 3-5 Years as Central Office or ESC Administrator

Ability to facilitate, communicate, organize, and problem-solve

Able to implement QMS initiatives
Ability to implement policy and procedures

General Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the department and its projects
Interviewing, hiring, and training prospective employees for the department
Negotiating contracts and agreements with department-specific vendors
Encouraging collaboration between department staff as well as the staff members of all ESC departments
Maintaining positive relationships with our customer school districts
Serve on the Administrative team
Keep Executive Cabinet informed of the departments activities
Supervisory Responsibilities:
May supervise, evaluate, and recommend hiring and firing of employees.

Travel: Frequent Travel within the region, state, and nation when appropriate
Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment, including personal computer and peripherals
Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
Motion: Repetitive hand motions, including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching
Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds)
Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours; frequent districtwide travel; occasional statewide travel and out-of-state travel
