Purpose
Provide support to Region 12 schools with all functions related to instructional leadership and system development
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to expertise in understanding and communicating the accountability domain system and assisting campuses/districts with domain calculations. Engage campuses in data analysis. Assist campuses with the development and monitoring of targeted improvement plans as they relate to system development. Conduct administrative team coaching around continuous improvement-related supports. Plan and provide professional development and ongoing expert technical assistance around continuous improvement models and protocols, leadership development, and district/campus systems. Engage in all required training to support the Teacher Incentive Allotment, High Yield Tutoring, TCLAS, and other strategic initiatives. Frequent travel in region and state. Support academic teams with ongoing projects, professional development, and planning. Support all functions related to the TEA Strategic Priorities.

Campus leadership experience
